Pepper and Pulses
Ingredients:
100 gm Chana Dal
1 Green Capsicum chopped
1 Red onion chopped
1 Carrot grated
2 Tablespoon Vinegar
1 Tablespoon tabasco
2 Green Chilli chopped
salt and pepper to taste.
Method:
Soak the dal for 2 hours in lukewarm water. Pressure cook on high flame for five
minutes. Transfer to a sieve immediately and run it through cold water. In a
bowl mix all the vegetables with the dal and chilli. Before serving mix in salt,
pepper, vinegar and tobasco.
Serves 2
